ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate: * Fast paced, driven, dynamic, charming, persevering and dedicated to thrive in a busy sales environment. * Able to build rapport quickly with applicants and vendors. * You must have a full UK driver’s license. Job responsibilities : *Grow volume of new instructions * Meet targets set * Report weekly statistics. * Arrange appointments to view properties. * Ensure properties are relevant & appropriate for applicants needs. * Work proactively to ensure all properties are exposed to the maximum amount of applicants.
